Why is it so important to you to have all the answers when you have me and I have all the answers before you even know the questions?
The fact is a lot of the time you already know the answer to the questions you’ve been asking it’s just that you keep waiting for me to say something different than what I’ve already said so that we can agree with each other.
Is your agenda really more important than my truth?
Some of you don’t even know who to trust or even what to believe anymore because you’re surrounded by so many different opinions. Well, I want to tell you today that you can trust me and you can believe what I say because the only agenda I have, and the only agenda I have ever had is LOVE.
The real answer to most of what you’ve been asking about is just love.
So how about this. When you don’t know what to do, just love. When you don’t know what to say, just love. When you feel judged or put down or ridiculed, or misunderstood, just love, and love harder.
In the places where love doesn’t seem to be the answer to what you’re facing then I’d try "believe". Just believe. Believe the best of others. Believe that others are just doing the best they can, just like you. Believe that I’m not taking a coffee break and I actually am working in ways you don’t understand. Believe that I’m true to my word and I’ll do what I’ve said I’ll do, and you can trust my promises.
I think you’ll get a lot better mileage in the situations you’re facing right now if you’ll give up on having all the answers, and just try being the answer for a change.
Most of the time that just means loving and believing. Give it a try and let me know.
