Service Description

If you have flashbacks, nightmares, or intrusive thoughts, or if images, smells or sounds from an accident or trauma hijack your thoughts during the day or interrupt your sleep at night, this package will bring you relief. You will use tapping to send new messages of safety and calm to the fight-flight center of your brain, releasing frozen trauma lodged in your body, along with any accompanying stress and hypervigilance.
